基本概念
樹屋是什麼？跟一般交友軟體有什麼不同？
樹屋是一款純文字、匿名的交友軟體。我們希望打造一個像樹屋般的秘密基地，讓你能敞開心胸、專注在聊天本身。
跟一般交友軟體最大的不同是：這裡沒有照片、沒有外貌評斷。我們透過純文字與匿名的方式排除偏見，讓你單純因為「聊得來」而認識一個人。頭像則採用預設風格，你可以選擇貼近自己的一款。
每天有兩種聊天機會——晚上的主場次與隨時可用的現在聊聊場，搭配獨特的話題卡回合制聊天，讓每次對話都不千篇一律。
為什麼是純文字、匿名？看不到照片怎麼交友？
因為我們相信，拿掉照片與身分包袱，反而更能專注在真正的交流上。純文字與匿名，是為了排除第一眼的偏見，讓你和對方因為想法契合而靠近，而不是因為外表。
要付費嗎？免費能用哪些功能？
樹屋沒有免費版本，採月費制，並提供 3 天免費試用。
我們這樣設計，是為了讓聊天維持純粹——沒有廣告、沒有詐騙、沒有怪人打擾。訂閱過程中可隨時取消。
我們暫時不推出年費制，因為希望你每個月都能回頭想想：這個階段的你，還需不需要樹屋？想找人聊天時隨時加入，生活有了重心也能隨時離開。
每日活動場次
每日活動怎麼運作？
樹屋每天提供兩種聊天場次：主場次（每晚 22:00）與現在聊聊場（隨時可用，每天一次）。
配對成功後進入聊天，採三輪回合制，並搭配話題卡進行。三輪時間逐輪遞增，依序為 5 分鐘 → 10 分鐘 → 15 分鐘。每次聊天開始時，會由對方或系統隨機抽選彼此的話題卡；每一輪時間到時，雙方各有 15 秒決定是否繼續，只有雙方都選擇繼續才會進入下一輪。
主場次幾點開始？報名到幾點？
主場次每晚 22:00 開始，當天 12:00 開放報名、21:59 截止報名。
報名後，我們會為你尋找聊天對象，配對成功會通知你。你只需要 22:00 準時加入，即可開始聊天與抽卡。
「主場次」和「現在聊聊場」差在哪？
主場次：每晚 22:00 的固定場次，需於當天 12:00–21:59 之間報名。
現在聊聊場：不需等待固定時間，任何時間都能尋找同樣正在找人聊天的對象配對，配對成功後倒數 5 秒進入聊天。每天有一次機會，每天早上 10:00 發放/刷新名額（前一天沒用到不會累計，隔天一律重置為一場）。
註：現在聊聊場於每天 21:00–22:00 暫停使用（主場次前的準備時段）。
報名了卻沒配對到，怎麼辦？有補償嗎？
有。若你報名主場次卻不幸未能配對，且已超過 22:00 場次時間，我們會自動補償你一場現在聊聊場，確保你有相同的聊天機會。
話題卡是什麼？一定要先填嗎？
話題卡是關於你生活種種的小問答，題庫有上百種、並會持續更新。每次聊天時由對方與系統隨機抽選，讓兩個人能在有限時間內，透過不同話題自然地認識彼此。
是的，你至少需要填寫 3 題話題卡，才能報名主場次或現在聊聊場。
配對與聊天
怎麼決定跟誰配對？
配對只看兩個條件：
我們會為你尋找符合條件的對象。目前不設距離條件，我們希望你專注在「聊得來」這件事上。
配對後聊天有時間限制嗎？
前三輪是有時間限制的回合制（依序 5、10、15 分鐘）。但只要你們三輪都選擇繼續，聊天室的倒數就會消失、不再限時——聊天室也不會被刪除，兩人可以隨時傳訊息、繼續聊。
聊天記錄會保存嗎？
會。在你的帳號存續期間，聊天記錄會持續保留，我們不會主動刪除。只有當你刪除帳號時，聊天記錄才會一併移除。
可以換對象、重新配對嗎？
配對後無法更換對象。好好把握每天的聊天機會，用心跟對方聊聊吧！
訂閱與付費
訂閱方案有哪些？多少錢？
月費制，每月 NT$240，含 3 天免費試用。
有免費試用嗎？試用後會自動扣款嗎？
有 3 天免費試用。試用結束後會自動轉為付費訂閱並扣款。若不想被扣款，請於試用結束前取消。
怎麼取消訂閱？
訂閱由 Apple / Google 收取，請至對應平台取消：
- iOS：「設定」→ 你的 Apple ID →「訂閱項目」→ 找到樹屋 →「取消訂閱」。
- Android：Google Play →「帳戶」→「付款與訂閱」→「訂閱」→ 找到樹屋 →「取消訂閱」。
你也可以從 App 主頁 → 右上角設定 → 訂閱管理頁面進行相關調整。
為什麼我想訂閱，卻被要求等待？
這是樹屋特有的性別平衡機制。
為了確保每個人都有良好的配對與聊天體驗，我們會即時衡量目前的男女使用者比例，僅在比例平衡時開放試用與訂閱加入。因此有時需要你稍作等候。
請放心——你可以在等待頁面隨時看到目前的預估等待時間，也能開啟通知，一開放就立刻收到提醒、把握加入。
換手機後，訂閱不見了怎麼辦？
請在 App 內點選「恢復購買」，即可還原你有效期間內的訂閱。訂閱是綁定於你的 Apple ID 或 Google 帳號，換裝置後透過恢復購買即可找回。
安全與檢舉
遇到不當行為或騷擾，怎麼辦？
你可以在聊天室右上角選單點選「檢舉用戶」並選擇原因，我們會盡快處理。
你也可以直接「解除配對」以刪除該聊天室。解除配對後，我們會確保你未來不會再配對到該使用者，以維持你的聊天安全與體驗。
封鎖某人後會發生什麼？
該聊天室會被刪除，對方將無法再聯繫你，也不會再與你配對。
我的個人資料安全嗎？

帳號管理
怎麼修改個人資料？
請至 App 主頁 → 設定 → 修改個人資料，即可調整暱稱、配對條件等。
怎麼刪除帳號？
你可以透過 App 內兩種路徑或來信刪除帳號，詳細步驟請參閱《刪除帳戶說明》。
可以綁定多個登入方式嗎？
可以。你能同時綁定 Apple 與 Google 帳號登入，請至 App 主頁 → 設定 → 帳號設定進行綁定。
忘記用哪個帳號登入了，怎麼辦？

The Basics
What is Treehouse? How is it different from other dating apps?
Treehouse is a text-only, anonymous dating app. We want to build a secret hideaway, like a treehouse, where you can open up and focus on the conversation itself.
The biggest difference from other dating apps is that here there are no photos and no judging by looks. By keeping things text-only and anonymous, we remove first-impression bias so that you get to know someone simply because you click. Avatars use preset styles, and you can pick the one that feels most like you.
Every day there are two kinds of chat opportunities—the Main Session in the evening and the Chat Now session that's always available—paired with our unique topic cards and round-based chatting, so no two conversations feel the same.
Why text-only and anonymous? How can I connect with people without seeing photos?
Because we believe that taking away photos and the baggage of identity actually lets you focus on what really matters: the connection. Text-only and anonymous is our way of removing that first-glance bias, so you and the other person grow closer because your ideas resonate, not because of appearances.
Do I have to pay? What features are free?
Treehouse doesn't have a free version. It works on a monthly subscription and comes with a 3-day free trial.
We designed it this way to keep conversations pure—no ads, no scams, and no creeps to bother you. You can cancel anytime during your subscription.
We're not offering an annual plan for now, because we want you to pause each month and ask yourself: at this stage in your life, do you still need Treehouse? Join whenever you feel like talking to someone, and leave whenever life gives you a new focus.
Daily Sessions
How do the daily sessions work?
Treehouse offers two kinds of chat sessions each day: the Main Session (every night at 22:00) and the Chat Now session (available anytime, once per day).
Once you're matched, you enter a chat that runs in three rounds, paired with topic cards. The three rounds get progressively longer, running 5 minutes → 10 minutes → 15 minutes in order. At the start of each chat, your topic cards are drawn at random by the other person or the system. When each round's time is up, both of you have 15 seconds to decide whether to continue, and only if you both choose to continue will you move on to the next round.
What time does the Main Session start? When does sign-up close?
The Main Session starts every night at 22:00. On the same day, sign-up opens at 12:00 and closes at 21:59.
After you sign up, we'll look for someone for you to chat with and notify you when you're matched. All you need to do is join on time at 22:00 to start chatting and drawing cards.
What's the difference between the "Main Session" and the "Chat Now session"?
Main Session: a fixed session every night at 22:00, which you need to sign up for between 12:00 and 21:59 on the same day.
Chat Now session: no need to wait for a fixed time—at any moment you can look to be matched with someone who is also looking to chat, and once matched, a 5-second countdown takes you into the chat. You get one chance per day, and the slot is granted/refreshed at 10:00 each morning (an unused slot from the previous day doesn't carry over; it always resets to one session the next day).
Note: the Chat Now session is paused from 21:00 to 22:00 each day (the preparation window before the Main Session).
I signed up but didn't get matched. What now? Is there any compensation?
Yes. If you signed up for the Main Session but unfortunately couldn't be matched, and the 22:00 session time has passed, we'll automatically compensate you with a Chat Now session so you have the same chance to chat.
What are topic cards? Do I have to fill them out first?
Topic cards are little questions about all sorts of things in your life. There are hundreds in our question bank, and we keep adding more. Each time you chat, they're drawn at random by the other person and the system, so two people can get to know each other naturally through different topics within a limited time.
Yes—you need to fill out at least 3 topic cards before you can sign up for the Main Session or a Chat Now session.
Matching and Chatting
How do you decide who I get matched with?
Matching looks at just two things:
- The gender you want to match with
- The age range you want to match with
We'll find someone for you who fits those criteria. We don't currently use distance as a criterion—we want you to focus on whether you click.
Is there a time limit on chatting after a match?
The first three rounds are timed and round-based (5, 10, and 15 minutes in order). But as long as you both choose to continue through all three rounds, the chat room's countdown disappears and the time limit is lifted—and the chat room won't be deleted either, so the two of you can message and keep chatting anytime.
Are chat histories saved?
Yes. For as long as your account exists, your chat history is kept, and we won't delete it on our own. Your chat history is only removed when you delete your account.
Can I switch partners or get re-matched?
You can't switch partners after a match. Make the most of your daily chat opportunity and put your heart into getting to know the other person!
Subscription and Payment
What subscription plans are there? How much do they cost?
A monthly subscription at NT$240 per month, including a 3-day free trial.
Is there a free trial? Will I be charged automatically after it?
There's a 3-day free trial. When the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription and you'll be charged. If you don't want to be charged, please cancel before the trial ends.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple / Google, so please cancel through the corresponding platform:
- iOS: "Settings" → your Apple ID → "Subscriptions" → find Treehouse → "Cancel Subscription".
- Android: Google Play → "Account" → "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions" → find Treehouse → "Cancel subscription".
You can also make these changes from the App home page → Settings (top right) → Subscription Management page.
Why am I being asked to wait when I want to subscribe?
This is Treehouse's unique gender-balance mechanism.
To make sure everyone has a great matching and chatting experience, we measure the current ratio of male and female users in real time, and only open trials and new subscriptions when the ratio is balanced. That's why you sometimes need to wait a little.
Don't worry—you can see the current estimated wait time at any point on the waiting page, and you can turn on notifications so you're alerted the moment it opens and can jump right in.
My subscription disappeared after I switched phones. What should I do?
In the app, tap "Restore Purchases" to restore any subscription that's still active. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID or Google account, so after switching devices you can get it back through Restore Purchases.
Safety and Reporting
What should I do if I encounter inappropriate behavior or harassment?
In the menu at the top right of the chat room, you can tap "Report User" and choose a reason, and we'll handle it as soon as possible.
You can also simply "unmatch" to delete that chat room. After you unmatch, we'll make sure you won't be matched with that user again, to keep your chatting safe and pleasant.
What happens after I block someone?
That chat room is deleted, and the other person can no longer contact you or be matched with you again.
Is my personal information safe?

Account Management
How do I edit my profile?
Go to App home page → Settings → Edit Profile to change your nickname, matching criteria, and more.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account through two paths within the app or by email. For detailed steps, please see the Account Deletion Guide.
Can I link multiple sign-in methods?
Yes. You can link both Apple and Google sign-in at the same time. Go to App home page → Settings → Account Settings to link them.
I forgot which account I used to sign in. What should I do?
