1. 前言
櫻桃科技有限公司(Cherryon CO., LTD.,以下稱「本公司」、「我們」)開發並營運「樹屋 Treehouse」交友應用程式(以下稱「本服務」)。我們重視您的隱私,本隱私權政策說明我們如何蒐集、使用、儲存及保護您的個人資料,以及您所享有的權利。
本服務為純文字、匿名導向的交友實驗平台。使用本服務即表示您已閱讀並同意本隱私權政策。
本服務目前主要面向台灣使用者,適用中華民國《個人資料保護法》。當我們正式於其他地區提供服務時,將補充適用該地區之相關法規。
本服務僅供 18 歲以上人士使用。
2. 我們蒐集的資料
2.1 您主動提供的資料
- 帳號登入資訊:您透過 Google 或 Apple 第三方登入時,我們接收用以驗證身分的識別資訊(identity token)。我們不會取得您的第三方帳號密碼。
- 個人檔案資訊:暱稱、性別、生日、性向、想配對的性別與年齡範圍。
- 話題卡內容:您於話題卡中填寫的文字內容。
- 聊天訊息:您於配對聊天中傳送的純文字訊息。
- 檢舉與客服往來:當您檢舉他人或聯繫客服時所提供的內容(含檢舉事由、描述、截圖)。
2.2 系統自動蒐集的資料
- 裝置資訊:手機型號、作業系統版本。
- 當機與診斷資訊:協助我們排除錯誤、維持服務穩定。
- 使用行為資料:您於本服務內的操作事件(例如開啟 App、完成註冊、報名活動、編輯話題卡、訂閱相關行為等),用於分析與改善服務。此類資料主要透過 Google Analytics 蒐集(詳見第 4 節)。
- 時區與語言設定:用於全球同步的每日活動場次機制與介面語言。
2.3 我們不會蒐集的資料
為保障匿名交友體驗,我們不要求也不驗證您的真實姓名,不蒐集您的身分證件、真實照片或聯絡電話。您於註冊時填寫的性別、生日等資訊無需真實驗證。
3. 我們如何使用您的資料
我們基於下列目的使用您的資料:
- 提供並維持核心交友功能(配對、聊天、話題卡、每日活動)。
- 進行性別平衡計算與配對演算。
- 處理訂閱與付款、開通會員權限。
- 發送服務相關推播通知(如新訊息、配對提醒、報名提醒)。
- 分析使用狀況以改善服務品質。
- 處理檢舉、維護社群安全、防範濫用與詐欺。
- 依法令要求進行必要之處理。
4. 第三方服務
為提供本服務,我們使用下列第三方服務,這些服務可能會處理您的部分資料:

上述第三方各有其隱私權政策,我們建議您一併參閱。我們僅在提供本服務所必要之範圍內與其分享資料。
其中 Google Analytics 會透過 cookie 或類似技術蒐集使用行為資料。您可透過裝置或瀏覽器設定,關閉或限制 cookie 的使用。
5. 資料儲存與安全
- 您的主要資料(個人檔案、配對記錄、話題卡、聊天內容)儲存於受保護的雲端環境。
- 我們定期對資料進行加密備份,以確保資料在意外情況下仍可復原。
- 所有資料傳輸均透過加密連線(SSL/TLS)保護。
- 儲存於您手機端的個人隱私資料(個人資訊、聊天記錄等)採加密儲存,以降低裝置遺失導致資料外洩之風險。
- 我們實施存取控制與防護措施,防範惡意存取。
儘管我們採取合理之技術與管理措施,但沒有任何網際網路傳輸或儲存方式能保證絕對安全。
6. 資料保留與刪除
6.1 一般保留
在您的帳號存續期間,我們會持續保留您的個人檔案、話題卡、配對記錄與聊天訊息,以維持交友服務的正常運作。我們不會主動刪除您的聊天訊息;這些資料將保留至您刪除帳號為止。
6.2 帳號刪除
您可隨時於 App 內設定頁面刪除您的帳號,或透過帳號刪除說明頁面(https://gettreehouse.app/delete-account/)了解流程。
當您提出刪除帳號請求後:
- 您的帳號將立即停用。
- 我們將於 7 天內永久刪除您的個人資料,包含個人檔案、話題卡、聊天訊息等,並同步刪除儲存於第三方服務(如 RevenueCat)中與您帳號關聯之資料。
- 本服務內的資料刪除為不可逆。若您日後以相同的第三方帳號重新註冊,將被視為全新使用者,先前的服務資料(包含配對記錄、聊天記錄)不會恢復。
- 惟訂閱權限係綁定於您的 Apple ID 或 Google 帳號,而非本服務帳號。若您仍持有有效期間內之訂閱,於重新註冊後透過「恢復購買」功能,該訂閱權限可能被重新啟用。此為 Apple 與 Google 之購買機制,非本服務所能移除。
6.3 例外保留
基於法律遵循、財務稽核、安全維護或詐欺防範等正當目的,下列資料於帳號刪除後仍可能保留一段必要期間:
- 財務與交易記錄:因應法令、退款與稅務所需。
- 檢舉與封鎖記錄:為維護社群安全與處理檢舉調查所需。具體而言,若您曾封鎖他人或遭他人封鎖,封鎖前之相關對話記錄可能予以保留。
上述例外資料將於不再具有保留必要時刪除。
7. 您的權利
依中華民國《個人資料保護法》,您就本公司保有之您的個人資料,得行使下列權利:
- 查詢或請求閱覽。
- 請求製給複製本。
- 請求補充或更正。
- 請求停止蒐集、處理或利用。
- 請求刪除。
您可透過本服務內功能或聯繫我們(見第 10 節)行使上述權利。部分請求可能因法律義務或正當業務目的而受限,我們將於回應時說明。
【全球擴充時補充】 當本服務正式於歐盟、加州等地區提供時,將補充當地法規(如 GDPR、CCPA)所賦予之額外權利與對應之回應程序。
8. 未成年人保護
本服務僅供 18 歲以上人士使用。註冊時,生日欄位不允許選擇未滿 18 歲之日期,藉此阻擋未成年人註冊。
若我們得知有未成年人使用本服務,將刪除其帳號與相關資料。若您發現有未成年人使用本服務,請透過第 10 節聯繫我們。
9. 政策變更
我們可能因應法規、服務功能或營運需要而修訂本隱私權政策。修訂時,我們將更新本頁面之「最後更新日期」,並於重大變更時透過 App 內通知或其他適當方式告知您。建議您定期查閱本政策。

1. Introduction
Cherryon CO., LTD. (hereinafter "the Company", "we", or "us") develops and operates the "Treehouse" social/dating application (hereinafter "the Service"). We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data, as well as the rights you are entitled to.
The Service is a text-only, anonymity-oriented experimental social/dating platform. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Privacy Policy.
The Service currently serves primarily users in Taiwan and is subject to the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan). When we formally offer the Service in other regions, we will supplement this policy with the relevant regulations applicable to those regions.
The Service is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Data You Actively Provide
- Account login information: When you sign in via a Google or Apple third-party login, we receive the identity token used to verify your identity. We do not obtain the password of your third-party account.
- Profile information: nickname, gender, date of birth, sexual orientation, and the gender and age range you wish to be matched with.
- Topic card content: the text content you fill in on your topic cards.
- Chat messages: the text-only messages you send in matched chats.
- Reports and customer support correspondence: the content you provide when you report others or contact customer support (including the reason for the report, descriptions, and screenshots).
2.2 Data Automatically Collected by the System
- Device information: phone model, operating system version.
- Crash and diagnostic information: to help us troubleshoot errors and maintain service stability.
- Usage behavior data: the actions and events you perform within the Service (for example, opening the app, completing registration, signing up for activities, editing topic cards, subscription-related behavior, etc.), used to analyze and improve the Service. This type of data is primarily collected through Google Analytics (see Section 4).
- Time zone and language settings: used for the globally synchronized daily activity session mechanism and the interface language.
2.3 Data We Do Not Collect
To safeguard the anonymous social/dating experience, we do not require or verify your real name, and we do not collect your identification documents, real photos, or contact phone number. The gender, date of birth, and other information you fill in at registration do not require real-identity verification.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain core social/dating features (matching, chat, topic cards, daily activities).
- To perform gender-balance calculations and matching algorithms.
- To process subscriptions and payments and to activate membership privileges.
- To send service-related push notifications (such as new messages, match reminders, and sign-up reminders).
- To analyze usage in order to improve service quality.
- To handle reports, maintain community safety, and prevent abuse and fraud.
- To carry out processing as required by law.
4. Third-Party Services
To provide the Service, we use the following third-party services, which may process some of your data:

Each of the above third parties has its own privacy policy, and we recommend that you also review them. We share data with them only to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
Among these, Google Analytics collects usage behavior data through cookies or similar technologies. You may disable or restrict the use of cookies through your device or browser settings.
5. Data Storage and Security
- Your primary data (profile, match records, topic cards, chat content) is stored in a protected cloud environment.
- We regularly perform encrypted backups of the data to ensure that it remains recoverable in the event of an incident.
- All data transmission is protected through encrypted connections (SSL/TLS).
- Personal and private data stored on your phone (personal information, chat history, etc.) is stored in encrypted form to reduce the risk of data leakage if the device is lost.
- We implement access controls and protective measures to prevent malicious access.
Although we adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of storage can guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
6.1 General Retention
While your account remains active, we continue to retain your profile, topic cards, match records, and chat messages in order to maintain the normal operation of the social/dating service. We do not proactively delete your chat messages; this data is retained until you delete your account.
6.2 Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from the settings page within the app, or learn about the process through the account deletion instructions page (https://gettreehouse.app/delete-account/).
After you submit a request to delete your account:
- Your account will be deactivated immediately.
- We will permanently delete your personal data within 7 days, including your profile, topic cards, chat messages, etc., and will simultaneously delete data associated with your account stored in third-party services (such as RevenueCat).
- Deletion of data within the Service is irreversible. If you later re-register using the same third-party account, you will be treated as a brand-new user, and your previous service data (including match records and chat history) will not be restored.
- However, subscription privileges are tied to your Apple ID or Google account, not to your Service account. If you still hold a subscription within its valid period, the subscription privilege may be reactivated after re-registration through the "Restore Purchases" function. This is part of Apple's and Google's purchase mechanisms and cannot be removed by the Service.
6.3 Exceptional Retention
For legitimate purposes such as legal compliance, financial auditing, security maintenance, or fraud prevention, the following data may still be retained for a necessary period after account deletion:
- Financial and transaction records: as required for legal compliance, refunds, and taxation.
- Report and block records: as required to maintain community safety and to handle report investigations. Specifically, if you have blocked others or been blocked by others, the related conversation records prior to the block may be retained.
The above exceptional data will be deleted when it is no longer necessary to retain it.
7. Your Rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China (Taiwan), with respect to your personal data held by the Company, you may exercise the following rights:
- To inquire about or request to review it.
- To request a copy of it.
- To request that it be supplemented or corrected.
- To request that its collection, processing, or use be discontinued.
- To request its deletion.
You may exercise the above rights through features within the Service or by contacting us (see Section 10). Some requests may be limited due to legal obligations or legitimate business purposes, and we will explain this when we respond.
[To be supplemented upon global expansion] When the Service is formally offered in regions such as the European Union and California, we will supplement this policy with the additional rights granted by local regulations (such as GDPR and CCPA) and the corresponding response procedures.
8. Protection of Minors
The Service is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. At registration, the date-of-birth field does not allow the selection of a date under 18 years of age, thereby preventing minors from registering.
If we become aware that a minor is using the Service, we will delete their account and related data. If you discover that a minor is using the Service, please contact us via Section 10.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy in response to regulations, service features, or operational needs. When we make revisions, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page and, in the case of material changes, notify you through in-app notifications or other appropriate means. We recommend that you review this policy periodically.
