1. 條款接受
歡迎使用「樹屋 Treehouse」（以下稱「本服務」），本服務由櫻桃科技有限公司（Cherryon CO., LTD.，以下稱「本公司」、「我們」）提供。
當您註冊、存取或使用本服務時，即表示您已閱讀、瞭解並同意受本使用條款（以下稱「本條款」）之拘束。若您不同意本條款，請勿使用本服務。
本條款應與我們的《隱私權政策》一併閱讀。
2. 資格
- 本服務僅供年滿 18 歲之人士使用。註冊時，您必須確認您已年滿 18 歲。
- 若您未滿 18 歲，不得使用本服務。我們保留刪除疑似未成年人帳號之權利。
- 您必須具備完全行為能力，能夠締結具法律拘束力之契約。
3. 帳號
- 您透過 Google 或 Apple 第三方帳號登入本服務。您應對透過您帳號進行之所有活動負責。
- 您應維護您第三方登入帳號之安全。若您發現帳號遭未經授權使用，應立即通知我們。
- 您於個人檔案中提供之資訊（暱稱、性別、生日、配對偏好等）應由您自行填寫。本服務為匿名導向平台，不要求您提供真實身分資訊，但您不得冒用他人身分或提供誤導他人之不實資訊。
4. 服務說明
本服務為純文字、匿名導向之交友實驗平台，提供包含但不限於下列功能：
- 每日活動場次配對機制。
- 話題卡填寫與互動。
- 配對成功後之純文字聊天。
- 付費訂閱會員功能。
我們保留隨時新增、修改、暫停或終止本服務全部或部分功能之權利，並將於合理範圍內事先告知。
5. 使用者行為規範
使用本服務時，您同意不從事下列行為：
- 傳送或發布任何違法、騷擾、威脅、誹謗、猥褻、仇恨、歧視或侵害他人權利之內容。
- 傳送垃圾訊息、廣告、詐騙、或進行商業招攬。
- 假冒他人身分，或提供不實資訊誤導他人。
- 蒐集、儲存或散布其他使用者之個人資料。
- 從事任何未經同意之性騷擾、性剝削，或與未成年人有關之不當行為。
- 使用自動化程式（bot、爬蟲）存取本服務，或試圖干擾、破壞本服務之運作與安全機制。
- 進行任何違反中華民國法令或本條款之行為。
違反上述規範者，我們得不經事先通知，暫停或終止您的帳號，並保留依法追訴之權利。
6. 使用者內容
- 您的內容：您於本服務中傳送、填寫之文字內容（訊息、話題卡等）由您自行負責。您保證擁有發布該內容之合法權利。
- 授權：為提供本服務（如訊息傳遞、配對顯示），您授予我們於必要範圍內儲存、傳輸及處理您內容之權利。此授權僅為營運本服務之目的，且於您刪除帳號後依《隱私權政策》所述終止。
- 我們的立場：使用者內容不代表本公司之立場。我們不對使用者內容之真實性、合法性負責，但保留依本條款移除違規內容之權利。
7. 檢舉、封鎖與內容管理
- 本服務提供檢舉與封鎖功能。當您遭遇不當內容或行為時，得透過該等功能提出。
- 我們設有內容過濾與敏感詞機制，並會對檢舉進行審查。經查證屬實者，我們得對違規帳號採取警告、暫停或終止等措施。
- 封鎖他人後，對方將無法與您配對或送達訊息。相關記錄之保留方式詳見《隱私權政策》。
8. 付費訂閱
- 本服務提供付費訂閱會員功能，透過 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 之內購機制進行。
- 付款：訂閱費用將透過您的 Apple ID 或 Google 帳號收取。
- 自動續訂：訂閱通常為自動續訂。除非您於當期到期前至少 24 小時取消，否則將自動續期並收取費用。
- 取消與管理：您可隨時於 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 之帳號設定中管理或取消訂閱。取消後，您仍可使用訂閱功能至當期結束。
- 退款：退款事宜依 Apple 與 Google 各自之政策辦理，本公司無法直接處理透過該等平台進行之付款退款。
- 免費試用：若提供免費試用，未於試用期結束前取消者，將自動轉為付費訂閱。
9. 智慧財產權
- 本服務之軟體、介面、商標、標誌及相關內容（使用者內容除外）之智慧財產權均屬本公司或其授權人所有。
- 未經我們事先書面同意，您不得重製、修改、散布、或以其他方式利用前述內容。
10. 免責聲明
- 本服務以「現狀」及「現有」基礎提供。在法律允許之最大範圍內，我們不對本服務之適用性、可靠性、不中斷或無錯誤作任何明示或默示之保證。
- 交友風險：本服務為交友平台，我們無法保證其他使用者所提供資訊之真實性，亦無法對使用者間之互動或線下會面負責。您應自行審慎判斷，注意自身安全。
- 我們不保證配對結果，亦不保證您能透過本服務達成任何特定目的。
11. 責任限制
在法律允許之最大範圍內，就您使用或無法使用本服務所生之任何間接、附帶、衍生性損害，本公司不負賠償責任。於任何情形下，本公司之總賠償責任不超過您於請求發生前 12 個月內就本服務所支付之費用總額。
12. 帳號終止
- 您的終止：您可隨時依《隱私權政策》所述方式刪除帳號。
- 我們的終止：若您違反本條款，我們得暫停或終止您的帳號。帳號終止後，您使用本服務之權利即告終止。
- 帳號終止後之資料處理，依《隱私權政策》辦理。
13. 條款變更
我們可能因應法規、服務或營運需要而修訂本條款。修訂時將更新「最後更新日期」，並於重大變更時以適當方式告知您。於變更生效後繼續使用本服務，即視為您接受修訂後之條款。
14. 準據法與管轄
- 本條款之解釋與適用，以及因本條款所生之爭議，均以中華民國法律為準據法。
- 因本服務所生之爭議，雙方同意以臺灣士林地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to "Treehouse" (the "Service"), which is provided by Cherryon CO., LTD. (the "Company," "we," or "us").
By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (these "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
- The Service is available only to persons who are at least 18 years of age. When you register, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
- If you are under 18, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to delete any account suspected of belonging to a minor.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding contract.
3. Accounts
- You log in to the Service through a Google or Apple third-party account. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
- You must keep your third-party login account secure. If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
- The information you provide in your profile (nickname, gender, date of birth, matching preferences, etc.) is to be filled in by you. The Service is an anonymity-oriented platform and does not require you to provide real-identity information; however, you may not impersonate others or provide false information intended to mislead others.
4. Description of the Service
The Service is a text-only, anonymity-oriented experimental social platform, providing features including but not limited to the following:
- A daily event-session matching mechanism.
- Completing and interacting with topic cards.
- Text-only chat after a successful match.
- Paid subscription membership features.
We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service's features at any time, and will provide advance notice where reasonably practicable.
5. User Conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to engage in the following conduct:
- Sending or posting any content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Sending spam, advertisements, or scams, or conducting commercial solicitation.
- Impersonating others, or providing false information to mislead others.
- Collecting, storing, or distributing the personal data of other users.
- Engaging in any non-consensual sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, or any improper conduct involving minors.
- Using automated programs (bots, crawlers) to access the Service, or attempting to interfere with or disrupt the operation and security mechanisms of the Service.
- Engaging in any conduct that violates the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) or these Terms.
If you violate the above rules, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
6. User Content
- Your content: You are responsible for the text content you send or complete within the Service (messages, topic cards, etc.). You warrant that you have the lawful right to post such content.
- License: In order to provide the Service (such as message delivery and match display), you grant us the right to store, transmit, and process your content to the extent necessary. This license is solely for the purpose of operating the Service, and terminates after you delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
- Our position: User content does not represent the position of the Company. We are not responsible for the authenticity or legality of user content, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
7. Reporting, Blocking, and Content Management
- The Service provides reporting and blocking features. When you encounter inappropriate content or behavior, you may raise it through these features.
- We have content-filtering and sensitive-word mechanisms in place, and we review reports. Where a report is verified as substantiated, we may take measures against the offending account, such as a warning, suspension, or termination.
- After you block another person, that person will be unable to match with you or deliver messages to you. The manner in which related records are retained is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Paid Subscriptions
- The Service offers paid subscription membership features through the in-app purchase mechanisms of the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Payment: Subscription fees will be charged through your Apple ID or Google account.
- Auto-renewal: Subscriptions are generally on an auto-renewal basis. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged.
- Cancellation and management: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings in the Apple App Store or Google Play. After cancellation, you may continue to use the subscription features until the end of the current period.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with the respective policies of Apple and Google. The Company is unable to directly process refunds for payments made through those platforms.
- Free trials: If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
9. Intellectual Property
- The intellectual property rights in the software, interface, trademarks, logos, and related content of the Service (excluding user content) belong to the Company or its licensors.
- Without our prior written consent, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use the foregoing content.
10. Disclaimer
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranty regarding the fitness, reliability, uninterrupted operation, or error-free nature of the Service.
- Social risks: The Service is a social platform. We cannot guarantee the authenticity of the information provided by other users, nor can we be responsible for interactions between users or for offline meetings. You should exercise your own careful judgment and pay attention to your personal safety.
- We do not guarantee any matching results, nor do we guarantee that you will achieve any particular purpose through the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. In any event, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the total amount of fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination of Account
- Termination by you: You may delete your account at any time in the manner described in the Privacy Policy.
- Termination by us: If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Service ends.
- The handling of data after termination of an account is governed by the Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may revise these Terms in response to legal, service, or operational needs. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in an appropriate manner. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- The interpretation and application of these Terms, as well as any disputes arising from these Terms, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
- For any dispute arising from the Service, the parties agree that the Taiwan Shilin District Court shall be the court of first instance having jurisdiction.
